Rocket (7"/CD)

Release Info:
Released in 1994 as a CD single in Australia by Virgin Records, and a 7" peach vinyl by Hut
Recordings in the UK.

Notable Names:
"Rocket" is written by Billy Corgan, and produced by Billy Corgan and Butch Vig. "Never Let Me
Down Again"
is written by Martin Gore (Depeche Mode), and was produced by Ted de Bono.

Recorded (When and Where):
"Rocket" recorded at Triclops Sound Studios in Atlanta, Georgia between December 1992 and March
1993. "Never Let Me Down (Again)" recorded at BBC Radio One Studios in London, England on
September 12, 1993.

Other Info:
According to the SPFC, the 7" vinyl was packaged alone in the Siamese Singles box, with a sticker
in the upper right-hand corner that reads: This box contains one single Rocket b/w Never Let Me
Down. A box containing all four singles is available separately. This sticker is the only thing that
distinquishes the box sets with only the Rocket vinyl, and the regular Siamese Singles box set.
There were 1500 copies of the vinyl pressed. The Rocket CD single from Australia appears to be
extremely rare and has been discontinued a long time ago. While the Depeche Mode cover on this
release is actually "Never Let Me Down Again" , it is listed as "Never Let Me Down" on the single.
